Figure shows genome size (total Megabases), percent as gaps (N) and GC percent for Drosophila species assemblies. Dmel size includes heterochromatin. Data for this chart is in the Data sections of DroSpeGe as {species_version}.fa.count, output of Jim Kent's faCount program. Last row has the total genome size counts.
