BioMart lets you select Drosophila Species genome regions with interesting features, exclude others, and download tables or sequences of the selection set. See the BioMart home, www.biomart.org, for more about this biology/genome data mining system.

For instance, select the regions with Bee gene homologs, but lacking other gene homologs. Or select regions with gene predictions but no known Drosophila melanogaster homolog.

Using MartView
